This document constitutes a public offer announced by "UYSOT". Acceptance of this offer is confirmed by the user by starting to use UYSOT, registering, or making a payment.
The offer is drafted in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and becomes legally binding from the moment of its acceptance.

1.1. "Uysot" (hereinafter — UYSOT) — is a unified digital platform that includes the Uysot mobile application, Uysot.uz website, server infrastructure, software, database, payment interfaces, API integrations, and all related intellectual property objects.
1.2. Platform — The digital information and service environment managed by UYSOT.
1.3. User — Individual or legal entity using UYSOT.
1.4. Registered User — Individual or legal entity who has created a personal account.
1.5. Content — Text, photos, videos, logos, graphics, database information, and other materials.
1.6. Account — The personal profile belonging to the user.
1.7. Payment Service — All electronic payment functions carried out through UYSOT.
1.8. Partners — Construction companies, developers, and other counterparties.
2.1. UYSOT is a platform that provides information about real estate properties and additional digital services.
2.2. Use of UYSOT signifies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2.3. If the user does not agree to these terms, they must immediately cease using UYSOT.
2.4. UYSOT Administration reserves the right to change UYSOT's features, services, terms, and other components at any time and without prior notice.
2.5. UYSOT is not a party to transactions concluded between users and third parties on the platform and is not responsible for them.
2.6. The owner of the listing is responsible for the advertisements and information posted on UYSOT.
2.7. UYSOT is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by third parties.
